Summer Camp
Total Pottery immersion experience, where kids create their own pieces from start to finish. Wheel, slab work, mold work, sculptures, or hand building projects, Here they'll have the time, space and guidance to create that which they think of.
The camp experience is designed to be immersive and hands on. Students will create their own pottery pieces from start to finish, allowing them to truly engage with the full creative process. Along the way theyll be introduced to foundational ceramic chemistry, experiments, and structural building principals. The goal is to give a well rounded understanding of both the artistic and technical aspects of pottery, including opportunities to explore wheel work
Our Process
Designed to give kids the time and space that ceramics truly requires, encouraging them to slow down, dive deeper into their creativity and produce meaningful, high quality pieces they can be proud of.
Each week features a different pottery focus such as, Mocha diffusion, creating different textures, Making your own silk screen and more. Students can join the featured projects for the week or use the studio time work on personal creations or wheel throwing. Camp is designed to support both guided learning and the confidence for individual creativity.
